The Whistlebend Elementary School playground is probably one of the best in Whitehorse. With it’s 16′ high Quito rope climber and one-of-a-kind Mighty Descent Slide, kids engage in endless looped play from climbing up and sliding down. On the other side of the play space are the one-of-a-kind infiNETS which lead up to the fun Birdhouses and Slither slide. And of course, no playground is complete without a swing area. PIP surfacing makes for an inclusive surfacing so children of all abilities can play together.
